Killer Cranberry Bread

I love the taste of cranberries. If you do too then try your hand at this Killer Cranberry Bread.

I’ve been hooked on cranberries since I was a little boy, or at least what I thought were cranberries.  My first memory of cranberry was from a can, however I have been told that my first taste were fresh cranberries at a large family dinner.  Regardless, this is my recipe for Killer Cranberry Bread.  It is sweet and of course can be eaten all day long!  The first time I made this was about 7 pm at a friends house during a dinner party and we baked it in an outdoor brick oven. The results were off the hook and it was devoured completely before it could even cool off.  That’s what I call a hit!

Bloopers / Fail

Bread fail, Saturday, March 16th, 2013 @ 9:07am

Ok, Ok, Ok…. A huge lesson learned about 15 minutes ago (which I should have already know)…. Never go upstairs and decide to change clothes in the last “Crucial” 10 minutes of the bake!  I came back down open the oven and was like “Arrghhhh Nooooooooo”.  See, I have some friends coming over this morning (in about 20 minutes)  and I have been talking about the Killer Cranberry Bread for three weeks, and I just burnt it. So guess what? I will be making this again again real soon, so I can get the no-burnt pictures.
